Join us for a morning breakfast, networking, and insight. Our guest speaker, Tammy Whitaker is Director of City Growth and Vibrancy at Derby City Council. With an established career in property and development including senior roles at Sheffield City Council and Historic England, Tammy leads the strategic delivery of Derby’s ongoing regeneration and economic growth.

With £2.1bn of investment to the city centre attracted over the past 15 years, the heart of the city is being re-purposed as a location in which to live, work, study and play and the City Council is working in partnership with the private sector to bring forward a range of anchor schemes which will provide new Grade A office space, residential options and leisure amenities.

Joining Tammy is Ken Harrison, Spatial Development Director at the East Midlands Combined County Authority who will outline EMCCA's spatial vision and regional opportunity. Hear how Derby contributes as part of the Trent Arc, with plans for Infinity Park Derby (as part of the East Midlands Investment Zone) and a rail station masterplan being brought forward to support regional growth plans. Please note, all profits from ticket sales will be donated to our charity of the year: Epic Partners, a Nottingham based organisation supporting over 3,000 young people.
