Message from Howard Gadd (Jan 2025):

Wishing you all good health, prosperity and success in 2026.
There was a general consensus that some courses we played last year were really worth a revisit and we have decided to repeat some events.

The ‘St George’s Day celebration’ is one of them. We have a good green fee at Woodhall Spa. This is the home of English Golf as well and as being an outstanding course that’s ideally suited to a celebration. That would be on the 23rd of April which as you might well know, is St George’s Day.

Faculty of Building Golf Society is opening the 2026 Golf Season with a celebration of St. Georges Day, an event at the home of England Golf on the Hotchkin at the Woodhall Spa Golf National Golf Centre on the 23rd of April 2026.

Membership of the Golf Society

Membership of the Golf Society is encouraged of course and this is simple enough through membership of the fbe. (Apply here)

Membership of the Faculty of Building Golf Society is free to all members of fbe without any further charges.

Playing at one of our events is open to members and non-members alike but members get preferential rates on the event tickets.
