He leads procurement, programme strategy and complex regeneration projects at Stantec. His track record includes partnerships and cleint acquisition, where he successfully balances client needs, value, and long term outcomes. As President of FBE, David also brings governance insight and sector advocacy to our board.

CEO & National Chair
David is a dynamic and community driven executive, seamlessly blending strategic vision with social impact. As CEO & National Chair of the Forum for the Built Environment, he champions collaboration across the built environment sector, guiding membership growth and industry-wide initiatives. Concurrently, David leads as CEO of The Feathers Association, a long established charity dedicated to empowering young people through informal education, sport, culture and recreation.

Membership Director
Maria is a vibrant and innovative HR Director and Consultant. With over 25 years of experience, she doesn’t just offer People solutions, she crafts strategic HR functions and develops bespoke strategies that align with business goals. Her diverse background spans across retail, construction, engineering, facilities management and technology. By collaborating with executive leadership teams, she identifies key areas for improvement and designs initiatives that drive growth, enhance employee engagement and mitigate risks.
