We know that your experience as a member matters. Some of you told us the Members Area wasn’t as easy to use as it should be. We’ve listened carefully and we’re making improvements.
Right now, the Members Area is being upgraded to give you a smoother, more reliable and more intuitive experience - from accessing documents and receipts, to finding member resources, to connecting with others across the FBE network. Thank you for your patience while we make these changes; the improved Members Area will be live very soon, designed around your feedback and needs.
