We will review all responses, share a high-level summary back to members, and use the insights to build an improvement plan around what members value most.

  • Renewal likelihood and suggestions for new benefits

Section 4 — Corporate and industry engagement

  • Business development value of membership

  • Appetite for more corporate engagement and matchmaking

Section 5 — Communication and digital engagement

  • Preferred channels — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website

  • Responsiveness and satisfaction with current communications

  • Interest in an app for events, networking, and news
