Danny Brown is Infrastructure Director for National Markets for SEGRO plc.
Originally from a contracting background, Danny uses his experience to oversee the infrastructure delivery associated with SEGRO’s developments.
Over the years he has delivered many schemes in the West Midlands region, most recently the Coventry Gateway scheme near Coventry Airport. A complex and challenging earthworks scheme that has transformed the land in the area into highly desirable real estate plots.
He is passionate about fostering a learning culture that empowers collaboration and innovation so that we all learn from his schemes.
Danny will discuss lessons learned delivering complex infrastructure projects for the Industrial and Logistics sector and also provide an update of the Midlands market.
