Join us for an informative presentation with Q&A on the game-changing Dyecoates scheme that has kick-started the regeneration of the Kirkstall Road corridor along the River Aire. This event will delve into the challenges that the project has faced over the last 18 months, including successful application and approval of BSA Gateway 2, challenges with fire safety legislation, planning and Government policy updates.
Hear from those who have shaped, and continue to shape this amazing development as it moves into its next phase. Developed with Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest housing association, the Dyecoates scheme is a residential-led, mixed use destination to provide affordable homes with a mix of social rent and shared ownership for local people, with the others being sold privately. There's the potential for around 1,500 contemporary apartments, many with riverside and city views. Setting a new benchmark for the supply of affordable homes that helps to meet the needs of Leeds.
