Event Details:

Are you working towards career goals that you’ve set for yourself this year or perhaps would welcome an opportunity to see your career from a more strategic perspective?

We’d love for you to come along to our networking event, held at AECOM’s Manchester office where we’ll be joined by Career Coach Camilla De Burghe. Camilla will be sharing her years of coaching experience to help you set goals and understand why this process can be invaluable for your career.

Camilla will be covering top tips and exercises so that you can quickly and easily set yourself up for success when it comes to goal setting - and understand common mistakes that may be de-railing your progress and hard work.

You’ll also have the chance to reflect on how you’ve progressed in your career this year, check in on any current goals that you’ve set for yourself and identify your next action steps.

The following items will be covered during the training session:

• Goal Setting: What it is and how this process can benefit your Career
• Goal Setting top tips
• The relationship between mindset, and goal setting
• The importance of stretch zone working
• Creating a success plan
• The Career Wheel

Attendees will be able to set themselves up for success by understanding how to set positive and meaningful goals that realise their vision of long term career progression. The interactive element of the presentation (The Career Wheel) will enable attendees to reflect on their career, check in on their current goals, and establish their next action steps.

This presentation is highly complementary to both personal goal setting and company appraisal processes, with attendees being able to set career based goals that they are motivated to action.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A so feel free to come with any questions for Camilla to answer.

Breakfast pastries, tea and coffee will be served from 08:30. Please feel free to join us for networking before and after the workshop.

We can’t wait to see you there!
