As the nights draw in and the leaves turn, we’re embracing all things autumnal with a specially curated selection of wines that capture the essence of the season — think bold reds, spicy whites, and soul-warming surprises — each paired with artisanal cheeses chosen to complement their character. Expect earthy Pinot Noirs, full-bodied Syrahs, complex Chardonnays, and maybe even asurprise or two!
Back, of course, is the famous Tasting Note Bingo – can you taste the “forest floor”? Or detect that elusive “hint of toasted tobacco”? Mark it off your bingo card and win a prize! Charlie and the team are also throwing in a few quiz questions throughout the evening, just to keep those wine-fuelled minds sharp.
