Simon Phillips, Senior Director - CBRE, will take us through the current state of the property market within the West Midlands region and in particular Birmingham, looking at forthcoming projects and opportunities for 2026.
He co-leads the Midlands & Southwest Planning Team based out of Birmingham and has over 25 years planning experience working in the public and private sectors including strategic and policy planning, development management, employment land, development, regeneration, economic impact, funding bids and master planning.
He has extensive experience of acting for both the public and private sector on a variety of projects and of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and has a strong track record.
He is commercially astute and has extensive knowledge of and experience of working in the West Midlands property market and throughout the UK.
