Guest Speaker Jo Nugent - Executive Director, Homes England
Jo joined Homes England in January 2021 and now leads Homes England’s Midlands Region. She was previously Acting Executive Director of Markets, Partners and Place, with responsibility for market engagement, strategic partnerships, and place-based delivery.
She brings a strong commercial focus and a collaborative approach to supporting growth across the Midlands.
Jo is a chartered town planner with over 20 years’ experience in planning, regeneration and development working in a variety of public sector roles. Her areas of expertise include public-private sector partnerships, devising and implementing delivery strategies for complex projects, local and sub regional governance, and strategic plan making.
Jo will provide an East and West Midlands regional update.
