Guest Speaker Allan Wilén, Glenigan’s Economics Director will present a sector-by-sector analysis of the constructions industry’s recent performance and Glenigan’s forecasts for the next two years.
Drawing on Glenigan’s own extensive construction projects database and wider market and economic data, he will analyse how government policy, economic recovery and social changes are likely to shape the pattern of construction activity over the next two years.
Allan has over twenty-five years of experience analysing and forecasting the UK construction industry. Since joining Glenigan, Allan has headed the development of its market intelligence service, providing clients with regularly updated on-line and bespoke analysis of the construction industry’s performance including sector and regional forecasts.
