1) Pre-authorising a credit card or taking credit card payment does not constitute acceptance of a Customer's order and we reserve the right to reject the order and refund the amount(s) taken.
2) If you are unhappy with the product or service provided, you must cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if the product does not include the original packaging; the product(s) must also be in good condition. Returns of fbe branded accessories or clothing may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Cancellations (Membership Subscriptions & Events)
1) Membership of the fbe can be cancelled in accordance with the Articles of Association at any time, however refunds cannot be guaranteed. 2) Events must be cancelled no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the event in order to receive a refund for your booking. Cancellations made during the 5 working day period before the event may be subject to an administration fee and refunds will no longer be applicable.
