November 2011 breakfast well received

A good attendance at the breakfast on 11 November 2011 at the Northern Counties Club saw speaker James Harrison give an outline of how the Local, Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 was going to amend Part II of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. The presentation provoked interesting questions afterwards and some excellent handouts were given to attendees as an aide memoire for the future.
